Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GetCheats Support mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and the operator of the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a customer support ticketing application that allows registered users to submit support requests ("tickets"), exchange text messages and photo attachments with our support team, and receive real-time updates on ticket status. The Service does not facilitate communication between end users — all conversations are exclusively between you and our support staff.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent.

You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law, or if your account has previously been terminated for violation of these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your PIN and biometric authentication on your device. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
• Use only one account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans is prohibited.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit through the Service, including ticket messages and photo attachments ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and providing support to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit User Content, and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Submit spam, mass-unsolicited communications, or content unrelated to a legitimate support request.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm our systems or other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code or circumvent security measures.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service without our express written permission.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right through your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms, and to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activity, with or without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, visual design, logos, and text (excluding User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary identifiers without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the in-app "Delete Account" feature (see our Privacy Policy for details). Upon termination, your personal data is irreversibly deleted.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, for conduct that we determine harms other users or our infrastructure, or if continued provision of the Service becomes commercially or legally impractical.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, and 12) will survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN U.S. DOLLARS (USD $10.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, or your User Content.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction that grants you the right to bring disputes in your local courts, nothing in these Terms waives that right.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
