How to Reach Us
The fastest way to get support is through the App itself — you can submit a ticket from your home screen and we will reply as soon as possible.
For questions related to privacy, account deletion that you cannot complete in-app, or legal matters, email us at support@tickets.getcheats.io.
Response Times
We aim to respond to support tickets within one business day. Response times may be longer on weekends and public holidays. For urgent privacy or account-deletion requests, we respond within 14 days as required by applicable data protection law.
Creating a Ticket
- Open the App and tap the "+" button on the Tickets tab.
- Enter a short subject and describe your question or issue in detail.
- Attach photos if they help explain the problem (optional, up to 5 per message).
- Tap "Create Ticket". We will notify you via push notification when support replies.
You can have one active ticket at a time. Once your current ticket is resolved, you can open a new one.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reset my PIN?
On the unlock screen, tap "Forgot PIN?". This will log you out, wipe your authentication data, and return you to the email step. You will be able to set a new PIN after verifying your email with a one-time code.
How do I enable Face ID or Touch ID?
When you first set up your PIN, the App will ask whether you want to enable biometric unlock. If you skipped this step, you can re-enable it by logging out and back in, or by reinstalling the App (your tickets are preserved on the server).
How do I delete my account?
Open "Settings" in the App and tap "Delete Account". You will be asked to confirm via a one-time code sent to your email. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
Why am I not receiving push notifications?
Check that notifications are enabled for the App in your device settings (Settings → Notifications → GetCheats Support). Also confirm the App has an active internet connection when the notification was sent.
Can I access my archived tickets?
Yes — closed tickets remain available under the "Activity" tab in the App. You can read them at any time but cannot reply to closed tickets.
Does the App collect my location or contacts?
No. The App does not request access to your location, contacts, calendar, microphone, or camera. See our Privacy Policy for a complete list of data we collect.
Security and Abuse
If you believe your account has been compromised, immediately use "Forgot PIN?" on the unlock screen to wipe your local authentication data. Then contact us so we can review recent activity on your account.
To report abusive content, spam, or other violations of our Terms of Service, contact support directly with the relevant ticket or message reference.
